L&C Enterprises Party Store Return and Exchange Policy

If you're not happy with your purchase, just send it back to us within 5 days from the time you received it. Please keep in mind that refunds are for the cost of the merchandise only and return shipping charges are not refundable.

If you return something that has been used, worn, altered, is missing items, or is without the original packaging or garment tag it can't be credited back to your account. So please double-check to make sure you've included all of the pieces and packaging before you return it. Keep in mind that there may be a minimum 15% restocking fee for returned items. There is also a minimum 15% restocking fee if more than five of one item is ordered and returned.

We can't take certain items back unless they're returned in the original, unopened factory-sealed packaging. These include: wigs, facial hair or any other artificial hair including hair pieces, hair clips/extensions, headbands, barrettes, hair accessories, and hats with attached hair, teeth, fangs, undergarments, hosiery, video tapes, DVDs, CDs, shoes & boots (does not apply to shoe covers, boot tops, or costume shoes designed for indoor use only or one time wear), eyelashes and cosmetics. Personalized items cannot be returned unless they are incorrect due to a manufacturer error. Special Order Items, props that require special delivery, partial party packs, disposable helium tanks, and any item that has been worn, used, or altered are not returnable. Wholesale purchases and volume discount orders are also not returnable.

Please note: Costume styles can change without notice due to a change in the manufacturer's production. These changes, no matter how slight, are beyond our control. We apologize for any inconvenience. We'll post any changes made to costumes in the web site descriptions and images as soon as we find out about them. Thank you for being patient with us with this issue.

In order to process your return as quickly as possible, please be sure to send your return via a traceable method to the correct address.

Please Note: Your return must be sent via a traceable method. If you return the item without the ability to track the delivery and we don't receive the item, we will not be responsible for refunding the order.

We do not accept exchanges. If you need a different product or a different sized item or costume, you must place a new order for the needed replacement item(s) and return the item(s) you have already received. We do this is because the item you want could be out of stock at the time we receive your return. To order a replacement item, give our Customer Service Department a call at 1-888-860-0102.

Drop off our package in either two ways:
UPS - Our preferred and fastest method. Take your package to a UPS drop box, a UPS Store nearest you: Find the Closest UPS Service Location or give it to your UPS driver.

US Post Office - Place the package in your residential mailbox, give it to your US postal carrier, or drop it off at any US Post Office or collection box. Please take packages weighing more than 70 lbs. to a UPS location.

How long will it take to receive my refund?
Once your return has been received, allow 2-3 weeks for your refund to be processed if you paid with a credit or debit card. If you paid by check or money order, allow 3-4 weeks for your refund check to arrive. Please Note: this timing can vary based on the season.
